Movie night or series binging, this is the prefect vegan snack to go with those long nights in front of the TV!

Where to start! Savoury, spicy, cheesy & tangy! We know there is a lot of Y’s in the sentence there is also a Y in Party and that’s why this is perfect for the big family movie night Nachos or that series binge you’ve been dying to do!


This is quick and simple to prepare…

Ingredients:

  • Corn tortilla chip

  • Grated vegan cheddar

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red chillies

  • Black olives

  • Spring onions

  • Chives

  • Limes

  • jalapenos

  • And of-course Only Plant Based Sour Cream.

Method:

You could say this is thrown together; well, it really is.

Scatter the tortillas on a large plate or board. Top with a sprinkle of the cheese, olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced chillies, more cheese (coz who does not like cheese?) jalapenos, chopped spring onion and chopped chives, then dress with the Only Plant Based Sour Cream.

Finally quarter a fresh lime and serve with your favourite movie!
